      Repair Order Guidelines

We at Dental USA try our best to meet the standards of our customers on a daily basis.                                                               In order to do so, we will be keeping lower pricing, along with the same higher quality and services.

1. Automatic trade and replacements will be assumed for all non repairable instruments unless noted otherwise.
2. Sort all instruments to avoid any confusion or mistakes when repairing.                                                                               If you send them to us without proper sorting, Dental USA will not guarantee matching handles and tips.                        Please be assured, the quantity noted on your order will not change.
3. Please fill out the order form in a precise, detailed manner.                                                                                          Many instruments we receive have handles and tips that have been switched in the past.                                                   All order forms must have requested part number noted.
4. Please provide us shipping labels for all drop shipments.                                                                                       Otherwise we will ship with via UPS ground.
